Buying Investment Property Off-Plan

Buying property off-plan, in other words, before the construction has been completed, in most cases, before construction has started, is considered a way of increasing the return on your investment. Most off-plan opportunities are offered between 18-36 months depending on the construction plan.

Early commitment normally secures a purchase price below that of the expected market value of the completed property and so earning the purchaser an equity value on the delivery of the property.

Although this is not guaranteed in rising markets this can prove to be substantial sums; if the growth is not as great or the markets move; property values will not be guaranteed but the contract price will be.
